Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The opening of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or any combination thereof, is strictly prohibited. Where multi-accounting is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances may be voided.
Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. plus888 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your credentials where such use is attributable to your failure to maintain their confidentiality.
All deposits to the plus888 Platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests will be processed during standard business hours; however, plus888 endeavours to process the majority of withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out below.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or server error that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, plus888 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund all stakes to the Players' accounts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plus888, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
plus888's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
plus888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
plus888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, plus888 reserves the right to void any balance and withhold withdrawal of funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained fraudulently will not be returned.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting the support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
plus888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address and/or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable notice period prior to the amended Terms coming into effect.
